Hey, as a contractor, I must go through several of these a year, which is fine and dandy at this low price. (Now don't go raising the price FZ as that will then cut you from your loyal market share!) Sure they're very flexible, the trade off is that they're not as durable as the stiffer more durable hoses. Plus Flexzilla-Pro comes with better end connectors which are totally recommended. If there is a negative, it's that once laid out flat and straight at the worksite, it curls like a snake once pressurized! Other than that, we love 'em!

First let me say, these hoses are truly lightweight. You won't believe it until you've held it in your hands when in use. Also an unknown feature I haven't seen mentioned is that during use, the hose slightly swells up. It's a rather pliable but sturdy material. I've come to believe this slight dilation is what's responsible for better air flow for the size compared to other hoses and it definitely shows when using a paint gun. No other connections where changed, just swapped from the old HF Merlin 3/8 to the Flex, but in use, my guns spray better without having to increase pressure. It's almost like having new paint guns. I will use nothing else from her out. My new favorites and the price is excellent!

This hose is nice and lightweight. Seems to be durable as well. It is well worth the money. Would work even better with a hose reel. That will be my next purchase. I use it for car detailing with a Toronado.

I used spring type hoses for 20 years because I didn't like the old heavy ones that were a pain to move about. But the spring type were a pain because I would always get them tangled. This is the hose of the future(lol). It's light, it bends, and doesn't get tangled. But I'm still old school. I put a nice set of rugged brass fittings on it and it works well with of of my old stuff.
