I haven't figured out how to use it someone said salt alternative but it has a bit of a nutty flavor but is hard to blend where salt might be used.

This is insanely good when sprinkled as a replacement for cheese on pizza, pasta, baked potatoes, veggies, or anything else. My picky Siamese cat likes it too.

It's gluten! Adding this to my meals for more protein and it taste fantastic! I do 75 gluten and 25 nutritional yeast with equal part water and it makes a fantastic dough the steams or bakes really well. After that I can eat as is or pan/air fry to get it crispy. Solid product and the price per protein is so cheap compared to other products. You do have to eat it with tofu to make it fully complete as gluten is low in Lysine and Arginine

I am not an authority on nutritional yeast. Who is? But what I know is that this has a good, clean, umami taste to it. I've used it daily for years. And, it's an excellent value.

Use it in vegan dishes and in place of parmesan cheese. My daughter is gluten free and vegetarian so this is very useful.

I have bought for past couple years. It had a very nice cheesy smell and taste but now it tastes chemically. Not sure what changed.

I have been very happy with this nutritional yeast. Very tasty!! I use it mostly on my popcorn with some cayenne and it's also good added to hot veggies or Mac Cheese.

It's been such a great experience so far using this lovely supplement. At first you have to experiment with what food it runs best with, for me I think it's an excellent supplement that can be added on generously onto any salad bowl! Also goes well in some progressive chicken soup! I'm not a fan of putting it on chips or popcorn it just doesn't feel well it being all powdery and stuff.At first I thought it had a butter taste but later realized it has a stronger cheese taste.I have been struggling with flakey chapped lips on the corners of my mouth as well as some white spots that would come and go sparatically, this has helped recover my lips back to normal which I have not felt in years!I learned about this supplement over on Dr Berg. YouTube channel he's amazing at diagnosing natural remedies that can possibly be resolved with special vitamins / minerals / dietTruly grateful for finding his channel as well as buying this Nutritional Yeast brand!

We've been getting the same exact brand for a long time now and the last one in our subscription smelled a bit like chlorine and had more of a bitter taste. It didn't look dark and didn't appear to have gone bad with the expiration date of March 2024. Decided to order another one and throw that one away. Same expiration date and still smells like chlorine. Not sure what's going on?! I don't want to switch to another brand cuz I like this one but if this continues I will have to.

Well packaged with a secure ziplock seal. Product was very fresh aromatic. Loved the unique flavor.5 stars for packaging, quality flavor. However, I sprinkled 2 teaspoons on an 8” tortilla veggie rollup will share, for me, that this caused severe digestive tract pain. This is my first time trying nutritional yeast so I dont think it was the brand, per say. I may just not be able to tolerate nutritional yeast.

Anthony's Premium Nutritional Yeast Flakes are very fresh and taste great. They are so versatile and can be used in any recipe where you want a savory and/or umami vibe to it. Nutritional Yeast and popcorn are best friends too, very delicious! I like that the bag has a zipper closing but I also like to put it in a glass jar and keep it in the fridge. Soups, stews, and casseroles all benefit from a couple of tablespoons of nutritional yeast. And not only is it tasty, but it also has health benefits too.
