When hubby was told he was dairy free, my Wisconsin heart almost broke (but...dairy). However, I can still have the dairy flavor on my popcorn or in my stroganoff using this delivious yeast. Yum!

You should best put it in another container or use a spoon as it clogs the zip closures on the bag. Taste is like what you want your popcorn to taste like, without the mess. Buttery and salty without any salt added. Yeast has nutritional benefits too. But you have to look them up yourselves.
