Hi there. This is my first time testing Yeast. It's good, a good source of protein for those who do not eat meat. I'm not a vegetarian, but in the process of getting rid of excess weight and wanted to try to give up red meat. I add it to salads, it tastes like corn to me.

As a vegan who eats mostly real food, when I buy processed foods I look for those that are fortified with vitamin B12. This nutritional yeast is fortified and still tastes good.It's a big bag and I'm the only one who eats it unless it's in a recipe so I store it in the fridge after opening. It tastes good until I finish the bag. I've purchased this twice and unless the price goes way up, will buy it again when I run out.

In the past year or two, I began trying Anthony's products. I have been very pleased with all of their products, and their Nutritional Yeast is no exception. I like the taste, quality, and the price. I recommend to other vegans :-)
