One time I had bloodwork come back with abnormally high levels of B12. My physician advised me to cut back on the fortified nutritional yeast but this is just too good. I'm vegan btw.

I purchased because I needed an alternative to salt since my doctor put me on a 1500 mg daily sodium diet. Didn't know what to expect being that I've never tried nutritional yeast flakes before but I must say they are not that bad, take some getting used to but I simply love them on my popcorn. I will be purchasing again.

I am a whole food plant based eater therefore, I look for flavor to add to my meatless, cheeseless dairyless meals and I recently purchased and cooked with Anthony' and felt it was very tasteful and satisfying. I have tried other brands but they did not improve the flavor of my meals but I am totally satisfied with Anthony' and will keep purchasing it.

I started buying this because Dr. Berg recommended non-fortified nutritional yeast as an excellent vitamin B1 source. I've had other nutritional yeast but I never enjoyed the taste. I love the taste of this nutritional yeast. I can eat it by the spoon full, but enjoy it on my popcorn and veggies.

I love Anthony's products and this nutritional yeast is no different. Taste is amazing, and you can use it on various foods (soups, salads, eggs, potatoes, rice, etc). All this flavorful taste with the added bonus of being very healthy for the body.

I love a good nooch and this fits the bill! It works great when I put into an empty spice shaker jar! I love to sprinkle on almost anything, especially vegetables to make them taste cheesy! Great on popcorn and grits! OMG!

I ordered this and I was a little apprehensive since I had never had it before. But, I just ordered it yesterday and it came today. I was VERY PLEASED with the taste. If it works as well as it tastes then I will order it again for sure. I highly recommend this product especially if you like a buttery, nutty taste.
