The flavor is nutty and cheesy. It was so good I actually ate a spoonful all by itself!

I was introduced to nutritional yeast many years ago when I took a few years off animal products. Although the vegan diet wasn't for me long term, nutritional yeast was a good memory. Fast forward many years and I was feeling the need to reintroduce it back into my diet but scared of ordering something that didn't have the same flavor as what I had previously used.So glad I took a gamble on this product. Same flavor as I remembered...and no, it does not taste like parmesan cheese.I like it stirred into a large glass of cold orange juice. You have to keep stirring though as it settles to the bottom of the glass. Weird way to injest it...? Maybe, but it works for me.

I use nutritional yeast in soup, chili, on popcorn. Wonderful nutty flavor.

I enjoy this brand of nooch. The flavor is good and you get a good portion at a price that makes sense. Nutritional yeast is so versatile and is a great way to add fiber and vitamins while enhancing a meal or snack in the taste department. It's so easy to add an umami flare with nooch and I highly recommend it for vegan and non vegan eaters alike.

Stirred 2 T. into 1/2 cup pineapple juice it was very pleasant to drink. Having issues that could benefit from additional B vitamins this provides it with the balance our Creator designed for us. Recently learned it helps with swollen feet legs, so I'm hoping to see some improvement :0)

I used this in a recipe for non-dairy alfredo sauce...omg! Did not miss the dairy I think the taste was even better!

I am absolutely THRILLED to find a nutritional yeast without added B12. Something most folks don't know about Vitamin B-12 is that it can trigger cystic acne in a huge percentage of the population... unfortunately it's added to freaking everything (including skin care vitamins!) and it's hard to avoid. If you suffer from moderate to severe acne and NOTHING works.... consider cutting out all forms of added B12. Energy drinks, multivitamins, preworkout powders, and even certain foods contain UNGODLY amounts of B12 (we are talking like 6,000 in some items!) and you gotta cut out all of it to be sure. But you'll know in a couple of days if you're sensitive to it. Your acne will just stop happening. I could not believe it when I tried it- and it's not super common knowledge. I had to do a ton of digging to figure it out- I quit drinking 11 years ago and my skin ERUPTED like BAD. Everyone online is like Oh your skin is purging blah blah blah okay, that's not how it works... so I kept digging and I found out alcohol inhibits the absorption of B12 and now suddenly all the energy drinks I consume are flooding my system with B12 and I quit them right away and lo and behold... my acne disappeared by about 80. I still get it a bit but nowhere NEAR as bad. And if I have any B12 now, I get acne all over my back.All the reviews saying they are upset because this brand doesn't have the added vitamins... please just go buy a different brand. Those of us who are sensitive to B12 need this one to stay as it is, perfectly free of added B12 :)

Anthony's Premium is the best nutritional yeast I have tried and the only know kind we use now. I'm a frequent buyer of this product.

On a vegan diet, this comes in handy for B vitamin supplementation to add a cheesy flavor to foods. I used it in stews, on salads, on roasted foods (potatoes, etc). This is the highest quantity quality at this price point, from a brand I trust (I also use Anthony's psyllium husk). This is one of my essentials.

I use this along with Anthonys Vital Gluten Wheat for making plant based 'chicken' (nuggets, shredded for pot pies and BBQ) and 'beef' (burgers, stew, shepherds pie). Its perfect for the you tube recipe by an organic farmer. I cant remember her name, but do a you tube search for plant based chicken using vital gluten and nutritional yeast. Hope this helps.

I add this to anything that can use a more cheesy and nutty flavor to it. It makes my popcorn taste amazing.

I love the taste of this nutritional yeast in the package is a nice size unless you have hands the size of a gorilla. Also if your hands are in a big you can use a spoon. Very easy to use and again love the taste.

I sprinkle that on my popcorn every night and I love it.

I love the flavor when sprinkled on salads. It helps to make a great vegan cheese sauce, too.

Great flavor and it enhances any dish. I put it in guacamole today and country gravy yesterday...I will be ordering more soon.

Put a pinch on baked potatoes or roasted veggies.(I'm not vegan so I don't really need it for nutrition, but it's nice to know I'm salting my food with something healthy.)I decanted it into an empty spice container for convenience.
