I've always loved dates, maybe because my g'ma cooked with them. Then, I loved them when I totally cut out sugar. They make a great sugar substitute! They are supposed to be alkaline too which is nice to balance our diet.

We actually prefer the Azure bottle of date syrup which tastes just as good and is a better buy. Still, we would highly recommend this product, too, as an alternative to sweeter, less densely flavored syrups.
