Mission: The Liberation Institute offers wellness, education, and recovery services to under served populations throughout the northeastern US.

Results: As of 2020 the institute has graduated two nationally accredited yoga teacher trainings and offered a weekly yoga class and recovery workshop in the Maine State Prison. New programming August 2020 includes a Ayurveda Health Counselor certification program and a Contemplative Spiritual Direction certification program for those wishing to deepen their practice.
