I bought this to hold my stitching project when I go to sewing get togethers and it works very well for that purpose. I can see what's where so I don't have to pull everything out to find the 'thing' that fell to the bottom of the bag. I don't carry a lot of weight in the bag and I'm not sure if I would want to put too much more weight in it.

I love my clear plastic shoulder bag. I use it as a picnic bag to carry, blanket, candles, bug repellent, Tiki touch, plates, napkins, etc. The bag is spacious and I can see where everything is once I get to my picnic spot.
