Had the compressor on an old wooden pallet it was originally on. Decided to give these a try. It's a 60 gallon tank with a cast iron compressor motor. It holds well and moves with ease now. I purchases large washers and added blue loc-tite to ensure the nuts don't back off the threads. So far so good.

The casters themselves are a big improvement over the standard ones on low-to midrange office chairs. Operation is smooth and stable. What may need doing is to modify the chair's sockets. In my situation they had to be made larger, which was a careful operation, using very graduated drill bits, but it worked perfectly. Anyone basically handy need not fear the process; just take the proper time to do it and enjoy the results.

These roll great! Oddly the brakes are labeled opposite of my other casters, so that threw me for about 2 seconds, but other than that they work very well and roll smoothing. Can also adjust level/depth a bit, so that's a plus!

I added these to 1” diameter metal (chrome) shelving. I think these are pretty universal and they are high quality.

I attached these wheels to a Hercules brand desk chair for reference.The wheels locking mechanism causes the wheel to catch on everything as it is below the wheel (picture 3). 2 of my wheels snapped off because these locks kept getting snagged and would wrench the entire chair when moving it.Its been less than 2 weeks since installation and it blew me away with how garbage they actually were in practice.

Wanted to add wheels to my Dixie Narco vending machine. Didn't want to pay $100.00 for vending machine specific wheels. Most didn't have a long enough shank. These were thinner wheels but supports a 530 Lbs vending machine with no issues. No buckling, binding or dragging. Wheels still turn freely with no issues. All four wheels roll in the same direction and the lock is smooth. Definitely a great product. Your mileage may vary, but don't hesitate to buy these.

Needed to replace the OEM casters on a garage mini stool, tool chest. Fit perfectly, larger diameter wheel allow the tool chest / stool to glide so much better that OEM and a lot better quality. Great Value for the $$
