Programs: Behavioral health services. Lifebridge community services provides support services for hiv/aids patients, counseling and education for the behavioral health services, including domestic violence and parent education programs. During fiscal year 2016-2017, lifebridge serviced thousands of people and their families. Outpatient behavioral health services were expandedd to a second site in fairfield as of april 1,2016.Behavioral health provided 30,115 outpatient sessions to lifebridge clients during the time period of july 1,2016 - june 30,2017.

economic empowerment initiative. Lifebridge works with other agencies to improve financial knowledge and skill, secure and maintain housing, improve employment and entrepreneurial skills, prepare individuals for better jobs, and meet some basic needs. During the 2016-2017 fiscal year, lifebridge community services serviced thousands in conjunction with connecticut council of family service agencies, and the connecticut departments of labor and social services. During 2016-2017 fiscal year, lifebridge had 255 referrals to empowering people for success. The program focused on helping low-income parents become more stable, reducing the likelihood of harm occurring with their children. Vita served 820 families, preparing 884 tax returns, generating $512,508 in earned income tax credits and securing tax refunds totaling $1,815,469.In addition, 27 students graduated from workshop in business opportunities. Thirty seven nursing home residents were successfully transitioned to live more independently in accessible housing. Work skills programs served 64 clients providing customer service training, job readiness and skill building programs and certifications. Financial education workshops were provided to 283 clients and 179 clients participated in financial coaching sessions. The community closet provided clothing and household goods to 2,333 clients and their families. Additionally, 89,601 disposable diapers were distributed to 324 families in partnership with the diaper bank.

social enterprise initiavtive. Deaf interpretive services provided 25,512 sign language interpretive hours to 1,227 deaf individuals. Food service enterprise provided 225,845 home delivered meals to 1,026 clients and 93,553 congregate meals to 2,519 clients. Fresh connections provided fresh produce to 817 clients.
