As a child, there was always that sweet Grandpa guy at church that had a sweet treat in his suit pocket. Not in a creepy way. Just gentle, kind and loving. As fate would have it, we are now the church grampa and grandma to a new generation. Many without local grandparents have adopted us! When they visit our home we always send them to the candy drawer for 1 special treat. One Sunday grampa was empty handed at church when a little one requested candy. From then on, he carries a handful of these individually wrapped Lifesavers in his pocket.

We all have pretty much grown up with life savers. Dessert is not always something that you necessarily want after dinnerbut you do want something sweet. This is my purpose of purchasing this large bag of life savers. They are small, offer an assortment of flavors and just satisfy that desire for something sweet. They are individually wrapped and I really appreciated the assortment.

It is hard to find this delicious candy in the stores anymore. The flavors are so yummy and I love that they are individually wrapped, so I can hand them out to my class without germs.

LifeSaver books were very popular the 60's. Exchanging names in school church classrooms was always fun to give and receive. Under the Christmas tree too. They were/are beyond delicious. I know they're still delicious because my husband of 50 years gifted me with these LifeSavers and the packaging refreshed my memory of the LifeSave books.I recommend

They're all good except pineapple. Those are really bad. Please make new flavor like blue raspberry or something. Other than that it's good.
