Our Salted Almond & Milk bar is a combination of rich, creamy milk chocolate and almonds, salted and roasted to perfection. Cynthia Tice is a chocoholic. Simple as that. She's also a longtime advocate for healthy, natural foods. So back in 2011 she decided to marry those two passions and develop a healthier, mouthwatering alternative to the conventional chocolate treats that she constantly craved.

The not-so-secret ingredient in Lily's Chocolate is a combination of stevia and erythiritol. Stevia is a natural, botanical sweetener that comes from the plant Stevia Rebuadiana, also known as sweetleaf. Stevia is 300 times sweeter than sugar, but has no calories and is very low on the glycemic index, so it's safe for diabetics. Erythiritol which is a sugar alcohol, also has no calories and no effect on blood sugar levels. When you combine those two unique sweeteners with carefully sourced, 55% dark chocolate, you get the perfect taste and textures of Lily's chocolate bars and chocolate chips.
All of Lily's ingredients are fair-trade compliant, non-GMO, rBHG-free and certified gluten-free. Lily's donates a portion of their proceeds to help support grass roots nonprofits that support childhood cancer fighters and survivors. The gold ribbon on Lily's package is a symbol of support in the fight against childhood cancer.
