My husband keeps breaking them, but this one seems to be holding up. He likes the fact that it comes with the extension hose for tight places as he uses it mostly for his lawn mower. It is a great tool and the price was good too.

I used to struggle with standard car parts store grease guns. This unit is head and shoulders above the typical grease gun. If you own equipment do yourself a favor and buy one of these. I do suggest upgrading to a locking tip and possibly a longer hose but as it is it works for most of my needs.Note. I checked and it has been 10 years since I bought this grease gun. It still works great!

Seems like a decent enough piece of equipment and I especially like the easy plunger squeeze for single hand operation. The coupler did not mate properly which is sadly typical of the quality control that we've come to expect in 21st century America. Fortunately the coupler from the unit that this one was replacing was still available. Grease gun actually greases stuff now.

have had it for a couple of months, and there is no leaking from the unit during storage. easy to pump. very nice feature being able to change how you pump for pressure or volume. Happy I got this unit.

It's a grease gun and works well. Nice quality and has a notch in the T-bar to hold the plunger back, which works far better than the type that just have a lever that tends to let the T-bar slip. The hose is a bit on the long side so if you are greasing a car on jack stands it can be a little bit of a hassle but manageable. It is not made in USA as some have stated. It is made in India with a USA design. For those who have read the rather lengthy writeups about issue with the plunger, the posters didn't actually read the directions correctly. The instruction state to flip the rubber plunger over for bulk loading. 90 or more of you will be using a tube of grease and not bulk loading so this step is not necessary or desired. As for bleeding the air, just press the ball down at the top of the bleeder valve and the air will be released. This may require using a pen or something else pointed.

I really like this grease gun. So did the person who borrowed my last one, kept it! Easy to load, operate, keep clean. A quality tool that should last a lifetime, don't loan it out!

I wondered how well I would like the a pistol type grease gun and am not pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use plus you don't have a long handle that traps grease and dirt. It came with a black rubber stopper on end of grease gun where the hose attaches that is really pressed in really good. I thought I was going to destroy the threads trying to get it out

Works best when grease fittings are in areas without obstructions. The fittings on our Ferris ZX3 wheels and blade pulleys are in tight areas. The long hose helps but is difficult to grease. This gun will work better with heavy equipment or automotive
