This evacuation tool is AWESOME. 4.5 l of oil out the dipstick in less time than it took to go to YouTube to find out how to reset the service light on the dashboard! My good friend turned me onto this, using it on his 4 stroke Yamaha Outboards, was just as fast and easy on them, no need to pull the boat out midway through the season!

Used it to service automatic transmission with no dip stick and a fill plug on the side of the case

I bought this to be able to perform oil changes on my daughter's car (2014 Chrysler 200 V6). There are no issues with the hoses reaching the bottom of the oil pan and because the oil filter is on top of the engine it makes changing the oil a breeze! I also use it for my lawn mowers.

I could have bought a cheaper unit but chose to go with mityvac because they're well known in the field. I haven't used it yet, although I've used a manual pump extractor many times before, but I feel obligated to take at least one star off just because it doesn't come with the quick connect female part for an air compressor. This is supposed to work ONLY with an air compressor but now I have to go buy the connector. C'mon man, after paying 100 plus, I have to buy a connector too? Also, one thing that could be a potential problem..in my old extractor, the last 25 inches of the tube that goes into the dip stick was made out of a straight, rigid material that doesn't curl up like a hose. I can see this being a major problem when the tube curls up and doesn't stay flat on the bottom of the oil pan and I have oil still on the bottom.

This is my 3rd purchase of same extractor. I am very satisfied about its manufacturing quality, durability, performance. Also, I like dual mode of extraction and injection.

I never knew this existed until I found it on YouTube and low and behold this thing is a life saver! I was able to siphon the coolant out of expansion tank with ease and also use it for front and rear differential fluid changes. Very useful product.
