Fit my beloved deep shovel perfectly. Easily screwed securely with (my own) two screws. Feels comfortable and durable. Now if I could only get the spouse to use it! ;-)

Great product. Instead of buying a new scoop shovel, this allowed me to replace the broken plastic handle for less than half the price of new. Has pilot holes for screws on both front and back.

Excellent replacement handle!! As far as durability time will tell. I will update should durability be and issue. But as for now it's easy to Recommend

Big savings over buying a new shovel. We cut the old one off and this slipped right on. Drilled a hole through the shank (the original used two nails), ran a construction screw through, and cut is off flush with a cutoff wheel. Good as new.

Like everyone else here, I had a perfect shovel with a broken handle. Unlike most, though, this fit my handle perfectly without the need for a duct tape underwrap (which in itself seems like a perfect and simple solution when needed).<br /><br />I was most impressed by the fact that it appeared that the front and back screw holes were purposely misaligned by a hair, so you could put a screw in each that extended more than halfway into the wooden stem without them running into each other. Highly recommend.

Worked just fine. Hope it lasts longer than the one that broke. We keep buying snow shovels and the handle grips always break.<br />Thought we would try this solution.

Yup, definitely had to add a couple wraps of duct tape. The handle is much sturdier than the one I replaced. I look forward to shoveling snow with this Cadillac handle
