These are not the bent sheet metal clamps you used in your high school chem class. These are solid machined metal! They are worthy of six ot seven stars.

I bought this clamp set and the otc clamp set. This one is plastic, but is very rigid and the metal Bolt is tight and doesn't wobble around. It is also parallel when tightened. The OTC set is metal, but the Bolt has some free play and when tightened its off parallel as others have shown.

Haven't used yet. Body of tool is a composite material. Simple construction. Feels solid.

Fantastic. Made changing my throttle body so much easier. I was previously clamping off the coolant hoses with vice grips and there wasn't much room to work with. These are small and made the whole thing go smoothly. Should have got them sooner.

Although these are now made of a type of very hard plastic they still work great same design as the original just a different material
