The conical piece is plastic rather than the metal that is pictured but it still worked fine.

It's built sturdy enough for the described jobs. My wiper arm put up a fight, but this puller got the job done. Keep the screw oiled for smooth operation.

worked perfectly... took some patience, a bit of penetrating lube, but it eventually worked like a charm.

The threads for the arms were stripped out a little when I got mine and the t bar handle should be replaced with a nut end that a socket could grab onto. It's way too small as it was designed.

The tool worked as described. I wasn't aware when purchasing the tool it can also be used to remove Windshield wiper arms, this was a plus.

Bought this to pull the wipers arms off of my 2007 TrailBlazer. The puller worked, but took a lot of work to get the wipers off. Even with the puller screwed all the way out, it was still not enough space to get over the stud and under the wiper arm. I had to remove the plastic end on the puller from the end of the threads in order to get enough clearance. Worked as intended though with slight modification and a lot of effort.

I pull and clean battery terminals every day and this little device is amazing! It makes even the most difficult, corroded, arc melted, stuck on battery terminals pop off in a few seconds.

I used this to try to pull up windshield wiper arms that were stuck on the splined bolt (shaft), and was successful. Seems rugged enough, the little metal twist arm at the top lets you know if you are turning too hard. I used a penetrating lubricant on the parts first and let it soak in overnight. My experience: on the first wiper, after making sure it was secure, I got just to the point where I could not turn it anymore by hand, and the wiper finally popped up off the shaft at that point. On the second wiper, I turned it until I could not turn anymore, and had to very gently pry underneath the wiper with a large screwdriver (very carefully) and it popped up. I don't believe I could have got the wiper arms off in any other way. 5 stars!!
