It did work and I thank the video for that. A little cumbersome to use as you need one hand to hold the strap to the filter and the other to hook up the wrench. After that, bingo, filter on, filter off.

A must have tool. I use it to service my whole house water filter R O drinking water filters. Never use a plastic wrench again.

I couldn't remove my reverse osmosis filters to save my life. Too much time had passed and I figured they were seized. Thankfully, I bought this Lisle strap and I was shocked and grateful that it worked! It was so much more useful and less painful than the stupid plastic tool that comes with the system. This thing is a winner!

Used this to remove a oil filter cap that was seized on. With a long breaker bar and an extension in a tight spot and it worked like a charm!! It Grabs like a boss and is made really well.

I needed one of these to unstick my sediment filter on my well. It actually worked like advertised and saved me a lot of money from having someone come and get the filter off.

This worked great for a 12 inch water filter canister. You get the torque you need with even pressure around the housing.

Had one of these for 25 years and misplaced it. Could not remove the oil filter because one of the quick lube places had severely over-tightened it when all you really need is to firmly hand tighten a filter. I bought multiple tools that failed including those socket style tools that just slipped and the wrenches that don't fit in a recessed configuration like mine. This tool removed my filter in about 30 seconds after nearly crushing it but it did come off. I'd like to get my hands on the last guy that tightened it!
