Replaced the same unit that was running for long periods of time and was very noisy. Latest unit is quiet and runs only for 10 secounds.

(turns on the pump When the water rises to a certain level), unfortunately , this is the only thing that the manufacturer should improve, replacing this switch is easy and does not require soldering, but first you have to find this switch and buy it

I bought this as a direct replacement for my old pump and it works great. However, everytime the pump kicks on it sounds like a 737 trying to take off. Not sure about the longevity yet, my original pump lasted >10 years.

Quiet and efficient. Me, the church secretary, installed it in 15 minutes. Don't be afraid to do this yourself! NOTE: after watching MANY videos, the wires from the device are just to complete a circuit - it doesn't matter which is connected to which, even though 1 wiring looks copper and one looks silver and there is nothing in the instructions about this. If you have to cut the piping/pvc that goes into the tank, DO NOT cut it to be flat - an angle is better to prevent an airlock.

Same brand and type as previous condensate pump and works great. It goes on only when it needs to pump out water and is reasonably quiet. Glad to have found it here.

Perfect replacement for my 14 year old pump that failed. The sensor wires on this one are both copper where the old one had one silver colored , but I was able to just follow the wires (visually) from the pump end to figure it out. Works great!
