Had to cut plug off end of the cord and connect wires to the furnace wires.

Very good pump but it is noisy when pumping the water. But all else it fine.

Bought to replace a 20 something year old unit. New, updated unit has a cooling fan built in that adds to the noise level. Not intolerable, just slightly noticeably louder. Other than that, it was a “plug and play” replacement.

i am using this pump to drain a dehumidifier into. it has been working perfect. i installed the drain according to the instructions and it pumps water from the reservoir on the basement floor to the ceiling and across to the window to the yard. i used all the drain tube that came with it and it has no problems keeping up. it has been very humid here so it fills up and pumps several times a day and has been doing that for a couple weeks now. i am very happy with this purchase.

Worked well, we sold it with the house though I wish I'd kept it! Great for pumping furnace drainage to the drain. Quiet, effective, low maintenance.

Received it quickly, no problems installing. The old one worked for 20yrs. So the 5 stars for longevity is for the same model, but my old one. Only had the new one a month.

Replaced my 30 year old Little Giant with this new pump. The quality is OK. Not as well built as the old one but not a negative, just an observation. This is louder than the old pump though as others have stated. I like that it has 3 holes. I have my AC condensation tube going into this and my dehumidifier drain going as well and even have a spare hole for another appliance.

Very poor instructions so lose one star for that. Otherwise it's an excellent product. I use it for my A/C condensate discharge and it works great for that.

Purchased two of these pumps thinking it will solve my issue my drain lines always getting clogged. This thing is Loud and leaves a lot of water still in pan after activating. Major build up of slim within a couple of weeks due to all the water not being drained out. Looking to replace after 3 weeks.

We have a finished basement that had a layout not super conducive to having a dehumidifier near our sump or any sort of drain to handle condensate discharge. I paired a Honeywell 70 pint dehumidifier, which works extremely well at doing the job it was intended to do, with this external Little Giant condensate pump because I didn't want to deal with a dehumidifier with an internal pump that would eventually fail or be underpowered. I was worried about having the external pump fail and overflow so I purchased a Yolink contact sensor and smart plug to hook up to the built in overflow sensor switch. I then set an alarm rule to turn off the dehumidifier through the smart switch and send an alert if the internal pump sensor gets triggered. All of this is a bit more money than buying an all in one solution but offers a lot more peace of mind and flexibility and was a fun little project. The pump easily pushes water 9 foot vertical and probably 60 foot horizontal to reach the sump basin and is very quiet.

I broke the check valve on a unit I was cleaning and called a service repair person. They wanted $500 to replace. They would have used the exact unit. I ordered this and received it 2 days later. I ran the furnace without this by putting plastic Tupperware under the drain and turning off the humidifier. The install was easy. I did have to drill one new hole to mount as it was a bit wider than the original. I don't think it is noisy at all as some reviewers have stated.
