Once you use LloydPans, you can never go back. I got into a Sicilian-pizza-making phase last year and tried several different pans. I finally splurged on a LloydPan because I couldn't get the crispy bottom I was aiming for my pizza. It is a bit more expensive than the other brands, but well worth it! You can definitely tell the difference with the texture of the finished product, and I'm sure that goes for other baked goods as well.
