I bought this product because I heard that it was great for pan pizza. Its thickness and coating make it idea for pizza and other sheet pan uses. It provides a uniform crust development and is easy to clean.

Once you use LloydPans, you can never go back. I got into a Sicilian-pizza-making phase last year and tried several different pans. I finally splurged on a LloydPan because I couldn't get the crispy bottom I was aiming for my pizza. It is a bit more expensive than the other brands, but well worth it! You can definitely tell the difference with the texture of the finished product, and I'm sure that goes for other baked goods as well.

This pan did the job we wanted. Deep dish pizza turned out great. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating was it is way overpriced.

Nicely constructed. The finish released pizza easily though a slug of olive oil probably didn't hurt. Ended up with an evenly browned crust.

I use this man many times a month to make both grandma pizza as well as a deep dish crust (not really deep more like thick and fluffy crust)

Great Quality Pan. Luckily I have honest neighbors or else there goes a $60 pan. FedEx delivered to wrong house.

This pizza pan is so incredibly amazing. I don't really know how or why it crisps up pizza dough so well, but it's a complete game changer compared to other pans and pizza stones I've used. We haven't ordered pizza since we received this pan, because the pizza we are able to make at home is so much better (and we live in NYC!). It's very easy to clean and sturdy but not too heavy. Tempted to purchase a second one. I also want to note that the seller is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
