The 12 Inch Stir Fry Wok has a large volume of 3.6 quarts and the flat center bottom transfers heat very efficiently. The Steamer Insert adds an interesting option for cooking vegetables, meats and seafood. The glass lid fits both the wok and the steamer. Each Set Includes: 12Inch Stir Fry Wok. Steamer Insert. Glass Lid. Designed for home stoves, the shape of our Stir Fry Wok is perfect for hot cooking and fast oriental stir fry dishes. The flat center bottom transfers heat very efficiently and the sloping sides aides in fast turning of ingredients. 12 Inch Woks work best on gas stoves that can deliver high BTU's of heat. For other stoves, our 10" Stir Fry Wok and Steamer Set may be a better choice.
