So far all The regulators are on voltage. The last set I purchased was terrible, so I went with a brand I knew this time and I'm happy I did.

I tested the 6-volt 8-volt regulators and they work as expected.

Used the 15 volt regulator and found that it outputs 15.20. Which could be an issue when powering a load cell. Kit does come with a great Plastic assortment container.
