Mission: Founded in 1980, Loaves & Fishes began with a simple meal of bread and fish for 11 adults and 15 children. The mission of Loaves & Fishes is to provide hot nutritious meals that are prepared, delivered and served to hungry and homeless families, children, seniors, veterans, students, and disabled individuals. We aim to create as many avenues possible to ensure all people in the community in need of a meal have access to the nutritious food that they need. Our meal programs fulfills 100% of the nutritional needs of our participants. Our program also increases their food security and enables them to use their limited financial resources to pay for other basic needs, such as rent, utilities, transportation, and healthcare.

Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1994, and donations are tax-deductible.
