The headset works great! The sound clarity is excellent. My voice was previously muffled at meetings. Now everyone hears me just fine. I like the mouthpiece alert that tells you if you when you are muted and unmuted. It is not feather weight but is also not heavy on my head. Overall an excellent choice. I fully recommend!

Logitech makes some excellent products but their Head phones for Computer use are the best. I use these Head phones to watch You Tube videos, Documentaries, Internet News and movies on Netflix. Excellent sound and quality happen with every use. You have an easy to use Volume control on the head phones for sound control. These Logitech head phones are comfortable to wear as well with cushion ear cups. You just plug them in to your computer USB ports on the side and they are Ready to go. I would highly recommend this product, because Logitech makes quality electronic items that are easy to use and last a long time.

I'd used these for support calls at work, and so ordered another for use at home (and support calls from there when working at home). Sound quality is excellent, especially if person on other end is using something equivalent, and not some cheap low intelligibility piece of junk (especially mic), which usually sounds like its going through a major low-pass filter (like listening to someone talking through a couple soaked blankets). Anyone I talk to over any meeting sofware who uses this headset, I hear 'em loud and clear (and up to 10KHz for voice).
