I'm a business intelligence visualization specialist. After my last plastic rodent bit the dust I tried using an off-brand optical mouse I had sitting around, but the sampling rate made it really difficult to do any precision mousing -- it was maddening to try to click on just the right pixel and to repeatedly miss. This mouse solved all that for just a few dollars. Yep, I pretty much love Logitech peripherals.

Getting this new mouse made me realize how lame the one I was using had become. This one is very ergonomic, very comfortable to use, even over long periods of continuous time.

Buying batteries for mac mouses and keyboards..? Not in this economy no thanks.. I'm poorMy mac hasn't been updated or turned on in 7yr.. even had to buy a little laptop to replace it BUT it did work with that ol' severely unupdateable mac for the like 3hrs I needed it to.

I use this on my laptop for work. Much easier to use than the finger pad. Plugged right in and away i went working.

If you're thinking about buying this mouse, odds are you're the kind of person that just wants something that works. This is a mouse that works. It doesn't have any fancy features, it's not going to tell you the time or automatically make coffee for you. But it will do what a mouse should do and generally stay out of the way so you can focus on doing whatever it is you sat down at the computer to do.

I have been using Logitech mice for many years (I don't know how many). One recently failed and I replaced it with another of the same type. I like the feel of this mouse.

I have built several computers from scratch, and over the 30 years I have, I have had numerous comuter accessories that didn't measure up to snuff, but NEVER had a Logitech product not be a winner. Most reliable computer brand I've found, and that includes Apple and Microsoft.

I bought this as a backup for when one of my cordless mice starts acting up or has dead batteries. I really likethe basic layout without a lot of mystery buttons that are never needed. Not ideal for gaming, but I have no need for those enhancements.

I am on my computer all the time for work and personal use and it gets daily use, more than usual. This mouse works fantastic and has the same Logitech quality I'd expect from their company. It's just the right size for my hand plus it's not flashy or fancy it just does what I need it to do.It does match the color of my laptop if that's a plus but not hung up on color co-ordination :) Fyi I am on Windows 11 I just plugged it in and it worked right away.
