I am handicapped and when using a typical gaming mouse that has two buttons on the left side thumb area, I'd routinely by accident, press one of the buttons which tells the web browser to move back or forward in your history. This can be frustrating if you're in a text entry box like the one I am writing this rview, moving forward or back will destroy what you typed, irretrievably losing it. The minimal design is exactly what I want, left and right buttons, with the center scroll wheel aslso usable as the 3rd button. Nothing else to acidentally bump.Another thing is that I am a paraplegic and can't move out of bed or sit up, which means I use my belly as my workspace and my hospital gown as my mouse pad. This mouse easily glides over the cloth and recognizes all gown colors as a valid background. Other mice have had trouble recognizing clothing pattern and require the annoying use of a separate mouse pad, or won't work on a non-flat or curved surface like the stomach/chest area is.
