I've used this model for at least 8 years. Use for gaming. The only flaw I've found is one that you'll find on even some high end headsets. The padding on the earpieces is faux leather and it will eventually start wearing away in small pieces. Underneath is a fabric that's held up just fine, no longer pretty but still fully functional. Just remember to wash you ears as the faux covering will stick to them,especially if you're sweating ;-)The old saying is that you get what you pay for and for the price you pay this is a very good product.

A very good application that works exactly as it should. I did have problems with the applications using the microphone and speaker-you have to make sure that the application is now using it. This is not initially obvious; it is no fault of the manufacturer but it is something you have to be careful about.But if this is what you want I definitely recommend it.

This is the 6th logitech H390 I've purchased. Never had an issue before. Bought in November as a backup and just now opened it. Disappointed that the right ear doesn't work at all. Can't find any troubleshooting on the internet. All other logitech headphones (same model) continue to work just fine so I'm positive it is NOT my USB port. Sad it's too late to get a replacement. Should have opened and tested it when it first came. $40 bucks down the drain.Update: Contacted Logitech and told them the situation. They are sending me a replacement!

Noise cancelling works both ways, more on the microphone than the speaker side. While on ZOOM meetings, colleagues couldn't hear my kids in the background!!! I was amazed.

The headset works great! The sound clarity is excellent. My voice was previously muffled at meetings. Now everyone hears me just fine. I like the mouthpiece alert that tells you if you when you are muted and unmuted. It is not feather weight but is also not heavy on my head. Overall an excellent choice. I fully recommend!

Logitech makes some excellent products but their Head phones for Computer use are the best. I use these Head phones to watch You Tube videos, Documentaries, Internet News and movies on Netflix. Excellent sound and quality happen with every use. You have an easy to use Volume control on the head phones for sound control. These Logitech head phones are comfortable to wear as well with cushion ear cups. You just plug them in to your computer USB ports on the side and they are Ready to go. I would highly recommend this product, because Logitech makes quality electronic items that are easy to use and last a long time.
