My laptop microphone for some reason stopped working. I tried everything to fix it to no avail.I missed several Zoom meetings and was ready to buy a new laptop. Fortunately, I read on-line that a headset with a USB connection would fix the problem, so I bought this unit based on the brand name.I worked perfectly without any hassles.

Bought these for meetings in a shared office. Sound is great. Volume controls are nice. Mute button is nice because it does not show you are muted. Can get a little uncomfortable if worn for long periods of time.

This is the 4th or 5th headset from Logitech that I have had over the last 20 years which is why I keep going back to them. The only issue I have is that the headset is tight if you do not have a small head, otherwise, it is the perfect item.

Very uncomfortable on the ears I needed it to be over the ears. I work 10 hour shift, need something that will not hurt my ears. This was not it.

Wearing these for about an hour, the top of my head and my ears started to hurt. I tried adjusting them and repositioning them but to no avail. The overall sound quality was great as the listener as well as the speaker

Received the headset in good condition all the way to the Philippines. Using the inline volume control too easily mutes the microphone that's not so good if you're talking to a client or lead. Generally seems ok but I expected a little better quality from Logitech. The noise cancellation seems to work pretty well. If I need to replace this one I will look elsewhere before buying again for the above reasons and it is marginally comfortable.

The headset is comfortable. I use it daily for music, conference calls, phone calls (google voice calls), WebEx, MS Teams, etc... This is my second set, I wore the first ones out where the ear pads were falling apart after 5 years of use.My only complaint is the noise-canceling of the microphone. I say this, as my mic picks up ambient noise IE my dog barking in the background. I suspect if I paid twice the amount I might get better noise-canceling options.

For the price this headset is a good purchase. The issue with them is that over the course of a day they become increasingly more uncomfortable to wear.They are not as soft when you go beyond 90 mins of use. Unfortunately I need a pair that feels comfortable for multiple hours of the day.Easy connection to the laptop with decent sound quality and noise cancellation too.

I have been on Teams calls for over a year and I don't know why I waited so long to get a headset. Not only can I hear better, but the other participants hear me with more clarity.
