Although not proprietary, I installed it on a Modway EEI-757 Articulated Office Chair, and it works perfectly. The only thing I had to do was to calculate the center vertical of the chair back rest and drill two wholes. The chair comes with the required screws, so it was very easy to install. It works great and hand can be easily adjusted to your liking. Great buy!

As a product it's fine, but it would've been nice to have the mounting holes be adjustable to fit a variety of chairs so that I didn't have to drill holes into my chair to make this product work.

FYI I bought this because I thought it might fit my Leap v1, it doesn't, the v1 has a big lip on the back of the chair so the headrest base doesn't even come near the back. Will need to add some kind of long spacer or something. However it does look like it should be comfortable, and the head will tilt up/down as well as raise/lower. Only thing it's missing is being able to adjust horizontally

No way to attach this to my chair without damaging the chair.

Would've been a decent head rest if it had a vertical locking mechanism. Any slight head adjustment will push this thing down.

I bought this for my herman miller chair. I suggest buying some clamps (3 total= 2 same 1 diff: see photos). The original headrest for the chair is too expensive for me. This works fine this little bit of work arounds. This headrest solved my problem!

For those people who wish to add a head rest to their office chairs, this is a reasonably inexpensive and convenient solution. The problem is that the adjustable height of the head rest does not stay in place. There is no locking mechanism so the head rest will always eventually slide back down to its original position. It's very annoying and makes the entire design questionable. The user will need to reset the headrest each sitting.

I know this is made for a specific chair, but due to the way it attaches via 1/4 bolts, it really does make it the perfect DIY headrest addition if you can find the right c-clamps with 1/4 holes to fit the top of your chair. For the price, it offers great comfort and adjustability. The only missing adjustment is a back/forward adjustment, but the tilt makes up for that and it's ability to attach via clamp allows some adjustment on that front. Overall, I'm not going to dock it for that since it's $20.If you're struggling with an office chair that doesn't have a 1st party headrest option, definitely consider buying this with fitting clamps. Does the job perfectly.

Love this. Wonderful alternative to the expensive one that goes with my chair.

Drilled 2 pilot holes and installed this with no problems on my Work Pro Quantum 9000. I did have to sand the bottom piece of the support bar on chair to make sure headrest sat flush with chair. Would recommend if you are handy.

The mesh headrest fit with my Bayside Metro office chair by drilling into the plastic frame with washers and some screws I had laying around. One feature I would have liked is a locking mechanism that stopped the head rest from adjusting by itself whenever I would lean too back on it with my head and it would move back down with a jolt. The mesh is also a bit too flexible too my liking. Maybe the non-mesh version would be more firm.

I also bought the C clamps the other reviewer recommended. Used angled connection on C clamp to compensate for lumbar pillow, worked perfectly (headrest was too far back in straight position as lumbar pillow causes you to sit further forward). Looks great, works great - it would be nice if headrest height actually locked as it will retract if you put too much pressure on it.

I really like this head rest. It looks and feels great.DISCLAIMER: I have a Workpro Quantum 9000 and this is NOT compatible with it out of the box. HOWEVER, as one other reviewer/QA person said, it only takes a couple of holes drilled into the chair and your own screws (not the ones included) to make this fit perfectly and securely. I used pointed-tip screws so that I could use a screwdriver, also ones with wide threading, because I figured it would be a stronger hold. For anyone interested in how I did it, read below. To install on a Workpro Quantum 9000:1. REMOVE placeholder part from back of chair (unscrew middle and pinch/remove two fasteners) - this head rest's neck will fit precisely into this hole2. PLACE the headrest mount against the chair's upper frame (with neck in hole) and MARK where to drill3. DRILL pilot holes (make sure it's not bigger than the screw), being sure not to break through to the other side4. REPLACE mount and HAND-TIGHTEN into chair (probably safer and should be easy enough for most people)5. ENJOY

Took like 30min to drill the holes in my offbrand chair. Make sure to twist sr8 and level. You get one try only. The headrest is damb sturdy actually. Works as described

Got this too go with my Alera Elusion Series Mesh High-Back Multifunction Chair, which is awesome. The screws that came with the headrest were a little short so got some liner M6 screws at Home Depot. Adjusts up and down and rolls back and forth, but doesn't adjust to let you head be further back. Also feels a little less stable or study than I would like, as the plastic flexes a little. Overall a necessary addition to the chair but a little lower quality it seems.

I really like the fit and feel of this head rest on my chair. Finally I have made the right investment for my neck and head after neglecting them for years and spent much more on the chair to comfort my waist and bottom. Highly recommend.

Worked out very well if you buy the attachment brackets recommended by other reviewers. I also need to buy two correct screws from Home Depot to secure the attachment brackets to the chair's back.

Looks good, adjustable and similar color scheme to the classic aeron. I don't recommend the clamp method. Do the one with the furniture screws, hex nuts, and hooks. All together cost me around 28 dollars for a pretty solid headrest.

Not much more than meets the eye, but that's fine since it's so cheap. Must have, and it makes it much easier to know that I'm not slouching. Works perfectly fine and install was a breeze.
