This rice was given to me by a friend, and I let it sit on my pantry shelf for about a year. Finally, I gave it a try, and WOW. It is the only rice I eat, now. The fragrance is wonderful, but the flavor is outstanding. I am so pleased that I tried this rice, because it is tasty and quick to cook. My son and I love our green rice, and find lots of opportunities to eat it!
