Flavorful rice. This blend is my chance to get some specialty varieties of rice grown on mineral rich volcanic soil at a reasonable cost. I prefer to support Lotus Foods mission of "Fair for Life" and working with farmer-family cooperatives. Attached photo is raw grains.
