I use this to show measurements of clothing for photos for Poshmark. It looks nice because its white and it lays flat unlike a measuring tape. I also like that you can change the length if you need to. Ten out of ten!!!!

This is REALLY well made. it is so sturdy you could probably use it for something else, but it will certainly do what you are probably buying it for - measurement.

As a lineman Lufkin inside ruler, 6 ft red end wood ruler was the primo item for our line of work. BUT, sanding the ends used to be rounded, now straight across. Brass ends/hinges were a little off. No where near detail quality of 4 years ago, last new ruler I'd bought. I retired then from walking wood , power line, but quality tools that worked well made it easier to do quality results.

Milwaukee showed everyone why making folding rules is serious buisiness. Their useless rendition of a folding rule is seriously comical. Thanks for a rock solid 6 foot folding rule

The only thing I didnt like is to get to the lower measurements they are on the inside. Like it was put together backward. I replaced my bosses original one that my daughter broke and his old one was not this way.

Lies flat when marking and measuring. I have plenty of the standard rulers but when marking with those one end is constantly off the surface of course.It's not easy to find this inside marking rule in the big box stores.I hope I don't break it too soon. I have been breaking folding rulers for decades due to carelessness.

It's handy , I like a inside reading ruler for laying flat on wood , pipe , joists , beams , etc . Sometimes the tab catch on a tape gets in the way
