Mission: Provide long-term skilled nursing care services to individuals through its skilled nursing facility. Provide housing and assistance with daily living to seniors through its assisted living units.

Programs: Lutheran sunset home is a 91 bed skilled nursing facility with 26 assisted living units attached, providing services to the elderly. During 2017, lutheran sunset home provided 31,649 days of skilled nursing services to residents of the nursing home, and provided 306 months of assisted living services to the residents of the assisted living facility.
