Target demographics: Youth and adults who are navigating the emotional uncertainty of mental illness and are experiencing or at risk for homelessness.

Direct beneficiaries per year: We directly serve more than 1,300 people each year. We secure housing for more than 300 people a year.

Geographic areas served: Central South Carolina.

Programs: MIRCI serves residents of Richland and Lexington counties, SC, who are navigating the emotional uncertainty of mental illness and also experiencing or at risk for homelessness. We help people take care of their mental health and their physical needs through our street and shelter outreach, our adult and youth drop in centers, our individual and group counseling/clinical services, and the assistance we offer in obtaining benefits and housing.
