DESIGN YOUR OWN PATCH
Our patches are made of poly-cotton blend twill, embroidered with vibrant colors, providing a comfortable and durable feel. You can get your embroidered patch look like your pictures.
SELECT PATCH SIZE AND SHAPE
The size of your patch is determined by the height and width, including 2"-7". Please determine your exact size based on your artwork, you can simply choose the inch closest to the maximum height or width of the patch. It's just for pricing purposes.
The 'Icon Library' offers a variety of shape suggestions for your custom patch. You may select one of these options or create your own unique design. However, please note that the merrowed border is applicable only to standard shapes such as rectangles, ovals, and circles.
THE EMBROIDERY COVERAGE
The patch is 100% covered by thread, and none of the fabric (base) of the patch can be seen , offering vibrant colors and detailed designs across the entire patch.
THE EDGING TYPES
Die cut: Smooth cut fabric edges. This option allows an embroidered border which is clean finish for any shapes.
Merrowed: Standard patch border. Edges sealed with an overlock stitch in color of your designs, preventing fraying. For larger, simple shapes like circles and shields.
THE PATCH BACKING
The patch has no backing and can only be sewn onto the fabric. It will show the twill on the backside of the patch and is usually more flexible.
