DESIGN YOUR OWN PATCH
Our printed patches are expertly crafted from twill, ensuring a lightweight feel and a soft touch. These patches showcase intricate details and vibrant colors achieved through full-color dye sublimation printing. They are ideal for branding and personalizing a variety of items, including hats, uniforms, bags, and jackets.
SELECT PATCH SIZE AND SHAPE
The size of your patch is determined by the height and width, including 2"-10". Please determine your exact size based on your artwork, you can simply choose the inch closest to the maximum height or width of the patch. It's just for pricing purposes.
The 'Icon Library' offers a variety of shape suggestions for your custom patch. You may select one of these options or create your own unique design.
Please Note: The edges of the printed stitch patches are merrowed, which may only be applicable to regular shapes.
THE EDGING TYPES
Merrowed: Standard patch border. Edges sealed with an overlock stitch in color of your designs, preventing fraying. For larger, simple shapes like circles and shields.
THE PATCH BACKING
No Backing: This option is suitable for sew-on applications without any adhesive support.
Tape: Offers a temporary adhesive solution, allowing you to attach your patch to clothing instantly without the need for ironing.
Hook: Designed for easy attachment to looped surfaces.
Hook and Loop: Ideal for situations that require frequent swapping or removal of patches.
Magnetic: Specifically designed for adherence to metal surfaces, making it perfect as keepsakes like fridge magnets.
