Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. This has a decent weight the Navy color is nearly black the hood is solid and large enough to droop to eye level.Good buy

I love heavyweight, largely-cotton sweatshirts; wear 'em all the time. The best, of course, are Arborwear and Just Sweatshirts -- but they're so good they cost an arm and a leg.These, at under $30, are easily the best, inexpensive alternatives, and they don't come up that short: thick, warm, cozy -- they can take a washing -- or a licking -- and keep on ticking. I have about half a dozen, given their color choices.Now, the caveats: They run large, and don't really shrink much, so size down if you're at all unsure; the colors do fade over time, with washing; and the red, in particular, is more orange than red -- and gets moreso every wash.Try one; you'll like it!

Great hoodie and very warm/comfortable. The hood is perfect, fits over your head all the way, not too short. Super soft on the inside and thick enough to wear on cold days with just a long sleeve shirt underneath. Definitely recommend.

I bought this hoodie for working in cold weather at an auto repair shop. I specifically wanted it black for obvious reasons(grease, oil and dirt). The hoodie is made out of fabric that is thicker than those hoodies found at walmart and it has a great quality feel to it, keeps me very warm. I would recommend to order the exact size you wear because the hoodie is a little bit oversized which is great in my opinion; I like to feel comfortable and relaxed while working. I have washed it twice since purchasing and haven't experienced problems with shrinkage. I would highly recommend this hoodie to anybody.

This is a very comfortable, basic cotton hoodie with no frills, advertising, etc. It does have a front pocket and a hood with cord. I got a muted color, kind of a grey-brown. Perfect for camping and outdoor activities. Use for seasonal cool-weather wear or layer with other shirts for more protection. Washes well and gets softer with multiple launderings.
