The blanket is just like the one I had in the Army. Great if you're a Trucker and have many deliveries in the northeast during winter. Awesome blanket!

I use it when sleeping on the ground in the desert. Little heavy but it's tough and that's what it's for.

Like I said above I love my blanket but it smells extremely bad smells like it's been soaked in some kind of very strong chemical not for sure if it's supposed to smell like that I sure hope not I'm going to give it a wash hopefully that smell go away if not no I will not like this product whatsoever and I will change my review at that point Sao crossing my fingers

A good rugged blanket that will keep you warm in your car, a hunting cabin, the field if you're military, and even in your home. It's a wool blanket and as such it can be itchy but at least you'll be warm no issues.
