These are the best poncho's you can get in my opinion. I have used these in multiple trips in Disney and into the woods camping. The water literally runs right off them over and over again m. The durability for the price is great as well.

Held up great during our Disney World trip. Kept us dry and was big enough to cover the backpack with room to spare. We would have been very soggy without it. It is the blue poncho pictured.

I haven't used this yet but it seems very sturdy. It's more than I was looking for but seems like it would keep you dry even in a hard rain storm.

Bought these to bring to the Chili Peppers concert at Mile High in Denver.....and it poured, then it poured some more. While all the hipsters where proclaiming the rain is great! we were nice and dry and rockin' in the free world. If you want to be wet, don't get this. If dry is more to your liking these are truly a higher level of poncho and get my seal of approval (I don't actually possess a seal, but it does sound nice).

Purchased before going to Orlando. We had plenty of showers, and the poncho performed admirably.You can open up the sides to let the warm air leave, or close it if you need more warmth.Thinking about buying one for every member of the family for the next time we go to a rainy place.

Light weight and durable

It claims my package was handed the package, but it was not! I had no idea that it was even sitting on my Front Porch until I checked the status that claimed it was physically handed to the individual! No, no it wasn't! However, the Ponchos were great quality!

Having hiked many hundreds and hundreds of miles, I know nothing is waterproof! It is not, eventually, everything will 'wet down' once it meets a saturation point. I have spent days hiking in pouring rain where I wake up and just put on wet clothes to save my dry clothes. Gone are the days of buying waterproof pants and jackets. But the one thing I cannot do without is a solid poncho and windbreaker. I will hike in shorts in cold weather so long as I have a great poncho and windbreaker. I sweat a lot! So long as I have a poncho that protects me from wind and some rain, I can continue to hike. A breathable poncho will allow my body to breathe which is what this one does. It also will protect you from wind along with a jacket. Wearing shorts helps regulate my body temperature. As far as hiking, this is on the heavy side and there are more lightweight ponchos on the market but at a steep price. Not worth it in my book. This one protects me as much as it can and blocks the wind. Great product and I highly recommend it even if it adds a few precious ounces to your pack. Happy trekking!

This thing is like 3 feet wide. It gets in the way so much that I'd prefer being wet.

Bought for work....It may be a little big. But, definitely better big than wet.

Works well. It is hot to wear. Keeps rain of really well. Would work decently in winter.

I found this to work well in a trip to Honduras. It was not used for camping , only to keep dry in one of the frequent showers going from building to building. It is a bit difficult to compress to fit back into the stuff sack, but that seems to the norm for this type of product.
