Not the thickest training glove I've used but works as it should and hard to beat the price point. Perfect for my little league softball and baseball players.

I love using the training gloves for infield drills, and find the leather outlasts the plastic/foam version. As well, ball comes off it more naturally.

I previously used the SKLZ Soft Hands foam paddle. This is a step up and is worth the extra money. Doesn't 34;close34; like some other soft hands trainers I've seen. Adjustable velcro strap makes it a good fit for kids or adults.

This pancake glove was the perfect addition to my 10 year-old little league training arsenal. We had a number of boys that were struggling with fielding ground balls cleanly. The pancake glove helps remove the reliance on a flexible glove, and forces the players to use both hands. The glove fit my 10 year-old. Coaches tried it for purposes of demonstration, and it also fit adult hands. Price-wise, this was the most affordable of the training/pancake gloves out there, and it worked just great. I see no need to spend more money on a higher-priced version.

Good quality, but a tad smaller than I'd like for it to be. Still, I believe my 9yr old son will be able to get a few years out of it... Infield footwork improves instantly when he wears it!
