Our league uses these for 6U so I use the same ones for practice. Some get softer as they break in, and others seem to harden up. Can get a little bouncy. Don't seem to hold up as well as the A.D. Starrs.

This soft-touch softball is a great training aid for young softball players who need to overcome their fear of being hit by the ball. I would prefer taller seams for pitching purposes, but this ball meets all of my expectations for versatility and durability. The price was great also.
