Easy to hook up is the first benefit, but it also saved me from replacing bad gauges on my boat. The diagnostic tool is great too. Still, it's kind of expensive, but all boat stuff is overpriced.

Easy to mount and the app works great on the Iphone...tons of engine and performance data.This will allow you to understand your best cruising RPM's to get the best MPG, and EXACTLY how much fuel is left in your tank to 1/10th of a gallon...no more relying on the inaccurate float gauge in the tank.

This thing is amazing. If you must install it under the engine cowling, do not secure anywhere near the spark plug wiring. The EMF from the spark plug wires will interfere with the Blue Tooth connection.

Customer Support shows once you have it hooked up and when the little spinning wheel stops your supposed to go to the top of that screen and hit the boat figure. No where on the original instructions does it say that. I thanked the Andrew from C/Support and mentioned that to him and he responded by saying he and his group would look into it and thanked me for my feedback. It works great on my new 4/stoke i bought and will definitely be using it every time we go out. I've got to figure out on the app there is a screen that you can actually slow the rpm's down even slower when your in idle. It is really a nice piece of equipment to use on your boat as long as you have a Mercury of course and it will work w/2 or more engines.

If you buy a used boat, This simple tool will let you know your engines true hours. This one thing was worth the price for me. Now add in the accurate RPM readout and that was enough for me, and there is a whole lot more!

Had the dreaded beeps on the boat. Installed this in about 6 minutes. Took longer to take the engine covers of than to install this. Turned the key, connected to my phone in seconds and saw exactly what was causing the beeps. Saved myself $800 buy doing the work myself. Pays for itself!!!

I bought a new Tahoe 2150CC recently with a 225 Mercury outboard. I was concerned about fuel efficiency and this thing is exactly what I needed. Shows exactly how much fuel I'm burning at any given RPM while cruising and can be used as a more reliable fuel gauge. I'm very happy with it.

I've got a 21-foot ski boat, with a 150 four stroke outboard. Super easy to hook up, was able to zip tie the control module inside the engine cowl. Stays connected the entire time, shows my speed RPMs and fuel burn. Highly recommended.

Installed this on my Mercury 90 HP 4 stroke as I was getting audible alarms and wanted to know what was going on. Simply to install truly plug and play. Connected to phone easily. This instantly solved my alarm problems by alerting me to the fact that I had a sensor electrical connector that came undone. It also provides a nice dashboard of gauges to monitor motor performance when out in the water.In my opinion it is a little expensive but I guess you have to pay for quality!

Works great. Monitors all data points and codes for engine and has a fuel management feature to help look.at fuel use and how much fuel is left in the tank. I enjoy the ease of use.

East install. Love that I get real-time digital info on engine's performance. Tracks hours, maintenance schedule gps, I haven't even used the VesselView to its full potential. Highly recommend for all Mercury owners.
