this product is heavy rubber. Its is very well made and seems like it will withstand the elements. Only thing is the pins did not come with the home plate.

Just like a regular plate. I don't use the stakes because I move it around. Well worth the money. Good buy

This home plate is very durable. I like the weight of it, so it doesn't move around on our driveway. I could not find a better home plate for the money. Excellent value.

Needed something for daughter to practice at home. I was very easy to install, and seems to be very durable.

first of all its not white as decribed in the photo its more of a dirty yellow and the smell of gasoline and rubber is so overwhelming i had to open the thing outside. this was for the wall in my kids room, Not a chance will be returning.

2nd MacGregor Rubber Plate I'v bought, They discolor and tear through easily. Its not the best one out there for sure

Works good for the batting cage.... put it down on a piece of indoor/outdoor carpet in the new batting cage works great.

The anchor or screw in points on the plate need to be ruggedized to prevent the ground screws from breaking through the plate surface. The ground screws securely afix the plate to the ground; however, the screws popped through the top of the plate in two of five places - rendering the plate somewhat unsafe for use.

Just received this home plate for fall league pitch machine. EXCELLENT quality, and the design is very heavy duty for years of use. The stake down system is just like what the pros use. You will not be disappointed.

This is a good value for the price. Works well for my nine year old that is practicing pitching. The heavy rubber construction helps it stay in place without attaching the spikes that are included. The spikes would work well if the product was being used to play a game. Highly recommend.

Seems solid but was delivered missing a spike. Spikes screw into the bottom of the plate. Don't know how durable it is because haven't been able to use it in the hammered down position.

The home plate is perfect for practice but quality could be better. Threads on bottom of plate barely hold spikes in. Maybe one or two threads hold in place. Rubber paint drip marks along black edge makes it look real real cheap.

Great sturdy product which is a must have for any backyard pitcher. Please use a plate and set up on the corners to teach pitching. Nice and sturdy.

The plate arrived without the spikes. I like the plate but it is not functional without the spike. How do i get new spikes?

The home plate does not match the photo! The color is an ugly stained yellow with even darker yellow circles above where the spikes attach. I returned my first order, and received a second plate with the same toxic smell and ugly yellow stains. I ended up having to drive 10 miles round trip and wait in the post office for 15 minutes to return. Stay away from this product if you are looking for a white home plate.

We use these for bullpens- they work great. Not what you would want for a permanent plate on a real field, but for practice or a temporary situation- perfect. Good product for the price.
