Maybe I missed that they weren't training balls. They are hard so if your child is learning how to catch I wouldn't recommend or there will be some crying when it hits them in the face. Make sure to buy the squishies

Good quality softballs but my 9 year olds softball league uses 11 balls not 12 so while these might be perfect for high school kids, I recommend you double check before purchasing these for younger kids.
