Thought it was a smaller container, but I'm not complaining. Makes a great finish to Green Beans... salads... even spaghetti!!! Haven't tried it on garlic bread. No bitter taste, just flavor and crunch!

I love this product easy to add to anything. I like to sorinkle a little in my bagel and cream cheese or toss some in your salad.... yum!

I've tried other fried garlic and for me, this has no bitter aftertaste and it's much better priced.I love how it's nicely minced and super crunchy. Excellent on just about anything you put it on

I always have this stocked in my pantry. I use it sprinkled on rice dishes, pasta dishes, stuffing, dips etc The possibilities are endless.

My Asian Soninlaw turned me on to this. Can be used for minced or chopped fresh garlic in soups, stews, sauces,and I love it in cooked rice with sweet chili sauce.

I love these I use it on everything I can spaghetti salad bread dip etc. The first time they had a long shelf life but this one is already expired which upsets me as I still have half the container still. If you can use this much in a short amount of time then wonderful they are definitely worth the buy but if you can't then they ain't so worth it.

I am so very happy with this product. The garlic is very aromatic and crisp. I use it in all types of cooking. American and Italian and also Korean and Japanese. It's wonderful for sauces, soups and ramen as well. Hope the price does not go higher. Really love this item.
