Bought this to take with me on a overnight stay at a haunted house. The spirits in this house are intelligent and know how to work the twist flashlights.

Nihm batteries hold a more steady voltage than alkaline this means that the light will stay white and bright for much longer time.other than that I love the light

When my 15 year old Maglite incandescent AA started acting up it was time for a couple replacements.Very pleased they still offer them.I have numerous Maglite LED types too but many times I prefer the 'old fashioned' less bright and warm color light of the originals.

These mini mags are good to have around the house but I don't recommend them for doing the tough rigged work for the everyday. They simply aren't bright enough. I bought two and both of them look as though the battery is about to die. They can handle being dropped and certainly are resistant to water. If you are looking for something that isn't bright enough to blind someone and you are in tough conditions, this may be for you. but if you need a flight light FOR LIGHT, this is not.

The batteries that I had in this flashlight died in it and would not come out. I had to replace this item. I contacted battery companies and complained about this and they paid to replace. E-mail your battery companies if your batteries freeze in your flashlight. They paid to replace the flashlight.

This is not the brightest light available but it does the job. Some add ons are useful and some, maybe. I have several of these small flash lights in my house and cars that have come in very handy at the most inopportune times. This one fills one of thise slots.
