Ice maker is great so glad I got it. I like that I don't have to fill ice trays

The ice melts really quickly. I thought that I would be able to just leave it going and get ice as needed. It gets really melted if I leave it in the ice maker. I have to put it in a tub in the freezer to store up the ice it makes. That clumps up a bit no matter what since the ice isn’t very solid. I wouldn’t recommend this model.

Considering my last ice maker that had apparent glitches. I have not had this new ice maker long but it has no apparent glitches and appears to be working great and it's easy to use. Price is fair.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter who lives in an apartment with a small refrigerator with a small top freezer and no ice maker. She loves it. She uses distilled water as recommended and says it makes up to 20 cubes of ice in less than 30 minutes.

Love having a countertop ice maker our landlord refuses to upgrade our fridge to get an ice maker and this is so needed.Ice made quickly and we love it!

Works very well, makes a lot of ice and holds ice well. Slightly noisy but not too bad. We turn it off at bedtime. Good little machine

I've had this running almost non stop for nearly two months. I've drained it twice when I went out of town but other than that it runs like a top 24-7. It is a little noisy at times but I'd imagine the same from other units. Keep your expectations realistic - these aren't refrigerated so cubes will melt, stick together, form a block if you place them in your freezer, etc. I either take ice directly from the ice maker or dump the bin in to a silicone box I found for storing compostables. With the silicone box I can just smack it against the counter a few times after the wet ice cubes have stuck together and it's good to go until empty.The drain is a little fiddly to use so I'd recommend letting it make ice until the water level is extremely low, dumping that ice, and then draining the minimal amount of water that remains. I pull the unit off the edge of the counter top and pull the plug with a quart mason jar beneath. Then leave the lid open to dry everything out while I'm away.

Seems to be working great

We make ice about once a week and have only used the small size which is works for us. We will use the large feature one day in the near future

After having to replace the ice maker in my refrigerator three times and now the manufacturer stop making them I decided to purchase this ice maker. Let me tell you it was the best decision I made. It makes lots of ice with one fill, it lets you know when the ice basket is full and when to add more water. The only noise you will hear is when the ice is falling in the ice basket. I give this item 10 stars

This countertop ice maker works well and is easy to use. As many reviews state, the quality/size of the ice improves as the machine works longer. The large cubes (really hollow cylinders) last well in a drink, and it's easy/preferable to make an entire plastic container's worth at a time for your freezer so you have a few days' worth ready to go. Much more cost-effective than replacing our refrigerator/freezer ice maker (again).

Bought for our rv and it did a great job keeping ice ready available. Worked so well we brought it in the house for extra ice.
