Has a bit of drone at 2000 rpm. I used it as a factory replacement on a 2005 GMC sierra 2500hd with the 6.0. It fit decently well with a bit of persuasion on the factory pipes. I did notice about 1.5 mpg increase from 10.5 to almost 12. Overall I'm happy with the sound now that it's broken in a bit and the drone has calmed down some.

Way to large and heavy for a car. But great authentic product for a truck.

Nice roar when truck is accelerated but quiet at the same time. Amazing sound not too loud but tough sounds.

Awsome quality and it quiets the sound like 70 . I had before flowmaster flowfx mufflers, they were really really loud so loud that you could hear my truck from blocks away. This thing quietted down the noise and make the exaust sound like a european car. Noise is very refined and sounds like an expensive exhaust. It is not loud at all just enough so you know you have power on your car. IF you have cold air intake then the cold air intake sound will be louder than your exhaust with this muffler on. I have a 5.7L tundra with 4-1 3 long tube headers, 3 full dual exhaust and now this muffler on. TRD 3 tail pipes. I have no restriction at all on my exhaust which makes it very loud without this muffler. Also, i noticed the truck is a lot more responsive and feels stronger than before, maybe due to the scavenging effect of having double X pipes. You can see 1 on the picture plus the another built in X pipe in the magnaflow muffler. Amazing combo for every car. This is like a double X pipe corvette style.

Sounds amazing, nice quiet tone at idle, wakes up with throttle. I'm a Flowmaster fan but they didn't offer a 3 dual inlet/outlet that fit my needs. This magnaflow sounds as good or better.
